Is Gay the new Black?

Is gay the new black? it sounds like a dumb question, but what do people almost always bring up when they defend gay marriage? they say its a human right issue just like when blacks didn't have the same rights as white people. America was racist against black people and it was not right but the gay marriage argument is a completely different one.

I was listening to Dennis Prager on this and what i got out of what he was saying is, the reason the gay and black comparison makes no sense, is because a white man and a black man are no different inside. A white women and a black women are also no different inside. But a Man and a women are different inside. A father can give a kid something that a mother can't and a mother can give a kid something a father cant.

With that in mind i think it makes a lot of sense for straight parents to have first priority in adopting a kid.
